Vendor Agreement

Each vendor is solely responsible for their own business operations, including but not limited to:

• Products and product descriptions
• Inventory management
• Pricing
• Order fulfillment
• Shipping and delivery
• Customer service
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Vendors certify that all products, images, logos, descriptions, and other submitted content are owned by the vendor or used with proper authorization.

The sale or promotion of counterfeit, unauthorized, trademark-infringing, or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from The Chix Vendor Village without refund.

The Chix Vendor Village is committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community.

Vendors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward fellow vendors, customers, event organizers, and community members.

Vendor participation fees are non-refundable unless the applicable event is canceled by The Chix Vendor Village.

No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, scheduling conflicts, business closures, or failure to participate.

By participating in The Chix Vendor Village, vendors grant permission for submitted business names, logos, product photos, social media handles, website links, and other promotional materials to be used in Village marketing and promotional content.

Promotional content may include, but is not limited to:

• Social media posts
• Vendor spotlights
• Email campaigns
• Event graphics
• Website listings
• Live event promotions
• Advertising materials

The Chix Vendor Village reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any vendor whose products, conduct, or business practices are deemed inconsistent with The Chix Vendor Village's values, standards, or goals.

Removal may occur without refund at the discretion of event organizers.

The Chix Vendor Village, Chakra Chix, its owners, affiliates, employees, volunteers, partners, and representatives provide Vendor Village as a promotional platform designed to increase visibility and connect shoppers with independent businesses.

Each vendor remains solely responsible for the operation of their business.

By participating in Vendor Village, vendors acknowledge and agree that The Chix Vendor Village shall not be held liable for, including but not limited to:

• Lost sales, lost revenue, or lost profits
• Website traffic, customer leads, or business growth
• Product quality, safety, defects, recalls, or misrepresentation
• Inventory shortages or out-of-stock items
• Pricing errors or product information provided by vendors
• Shipping delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, or carrier-related issues
• Customer complaints, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or returns
• Vendor-to-vendor disputes or business disagreements
• Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims related to vendor-submitted content
• Errors or omissions in vendor profiles or information supplied by the vendor
• Technical difficulties, website outages, hosting interruptions, software issues, or third-party service failures
• Temporary maintenance, updates, or unforeseen interruptions to Vendor Village services
• Business interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events

Each vendor is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, tax obligations, product safety standards, and consumer protection laws related to their business.
