The Chix Vendor Village is a community-driven virtual marketplace
and small business directory created to help independent makers,
artists, authors, crafters, creators, and small business owners
connect with shoppers and one another.
These Membership Terms apply to all paid membership options offered
through The Chix Vendor Village. By purchasing or maintaining a
membership or pass, you agree to these terms as well as the
applicable Vendor Agreement and Community Guidelines.

Founding Member

Founding Membership is an annual membership created for
qualifying members of The Chix Vendor Village.
Founding Members may receive special recognition, badges,
benefits, features, or opportunities designated by
The Chix Vendor Village.
Founding Member benefits may evolve as the Village grows.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, membership benefits
do not have a separate cash value and cannot be transferred
to another person or business.

Village Membership provides access to the benefits and
features associated with an active Village membership
for the applicable paid membership period.

Village 30-Day Pass

The 30-Day Pass provides temporary participation in
The Chix Vendor Village for the applicable 30-day period.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase,
a 30-Day Pass does not provide permanent membership or
Founding Member status.

Membership Benefits
Depending on the membership level, benefits may include:

✦ Eligible Village activities and community features
✦ Member-only opportunities, resources, or events

✦ Special promotions and Village event opportunities
Please note:
Specific benefits may vary by membership type and may be updated
as The Chix Vendor Village grows. Not every promotional opportunity,
event, feature, or activity is guaranteed to be included with
every membership.

Membership Approval
Payment for a membership does not override The Chix Vendor Village's
vendor approval requirements.
Businesses must comply with the Vendor Agreement, Community
Guidelines, and other applicable Village policies.
The Chix Vendor Village reserves the right to decline an application
or membership when a business, product, service, or applicant does
not meet Village requirements.
If payment is accepted for a new membership and the applicant is
subsequently declined before participation begins, The Chix Vendor
Village may issue a refund of the applicable membership payment.

Membership Payments
Membership fees must be paid according to the pricing and billing
terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Members are responsible for providing accurate billing information
and maintaining a valid payment method when recurring billing applies.
Prices may change in the future. Any pricing changes will be
communicated as required and will not retroactively change fees
already paid for a completed membership period.

Recurring Memberships
When a membership is sold as an automatically renewing subscription,
it will continue to renew according to the billing schedule disclosed
at checkout until canceled.
Members are responsible for canceling an automatically renewing
membership before the next renewal date if they do not wish
to continue.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not ordinarily reverse
a membership payment that has already been processed.

Cancellation
Members may cancel an automatically renewing membership at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation becomes effective at the end
of the member's current paid membership period.
A member who cancels may continue receiving applicable membership
benefits through the remainder of the period that has already been
paid for, provided the member remains in good standing.
Cancellation does not entitle the member to a prorated refund for
unused time remaining in the current membership period.

Non-Renewing Passes
A membership or pass sold for a fixed period without automatic
renewal will expire at the end of that stated period unless the
member purchases another membership or pass.
The Village 30-Day Pass is intended to provide access for its
stated participation period.
Expiration of a pass does not guarantee that the same pricing,
benefits, or availability will be offered again in the future.

Refunds
Except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by
The Chix Vendor Village, membership and participation fees are
non-refundable once the applicable membership or participation
period has begun.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- A member deciding not to participate
- A member failing to use available membership benefits
- Scheduling conflicts
- Temporary business closures
- Lack of sales or customer engagement
- Failure to submit requested storefront or promotional materials
- Failure to participate in Village activities
- Cancellation after a membership payment has been processed
- Removal resulting from a violation of Village policies
The Chix Vendor Village may issue refunds or credits at its discretion
when appropriate. Doing so in one situation does not create an
obligation to provide the same accommodation in another situation.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights
that cannot legally be waived.

Membership Is Not a Guarantee of Sales
The Chix Vendor Village provides promotional, community, directory,
and visibility opportunities for independent businesses.
Membership does not guarantee:
Sales
Orders
Website Traffic
Customer Inquiries
Social Followers
Engagement
Business Growth
Search Rankings
Every Promotion
Specific Placement
Specific Exposure
Results will vary based on factors including the vendor's products,
pricing, marketing, participation, audience, customer demand, and
other circumstances outside the control of The Chix Vendor Village.

Vendor Storefronts & Listings
Members are responsible for providing accurate and current information
for their Village storefront or listing.

✦ Product photographs
✦ Website or shopping links
✦ Social media links
✦ Contact information
✦ Promotional materials
Members should notify The Chix Vendor Village when important
listing information changes.
The Chix Vendor Village may make reasonable formatting, sizing,
layout, or presentation adjustments to submitted materials so
they work properly within the Village website and promotional
materials.

Expired or Canceled Memberships
When a membership expires or ends, the member's Village storefront,
listing, badge, member-only access, promotional eligibility, or
other membership features may be removed, hidden, archived,
or disabled.
Removal may not occur immediately upon expiration because
administrative processing may be required.
Continued appearance of a listing after a membership expires
does not extend the membership or create additional membership
rights.

Returning to the Village
Former members may apply or purchase a new membership in the
future, subject to current availability, eligibility requirements,
pricing, and Village policies.
Previous membership does not guarantee future acceptance,
pricing, placement, Founding Member status, or access to
benefits that were previously available.

Founding Member Status
Founding Member recognition is intended to recognize qualifying
businesses that joined The Chix Vendor Village during its
founding period.
Any continuing benefits associated with Founding Member status
are subject to the terms offered with that membership.
Founding Member recognition does not create ownership, partnership,
employment, voting rights, equity, or other financial interest in
The Chix Vendor Village or Chakra Chix.

Member Conduct
Maintaining an active membership requires compliance with the current:
- Vendor Agreement
- Community Guidelines
- Membership Terms
- Applicable website policies
- Applicable laws and regulations
Membership does not give a vendor the right to engage in behavior
that violates Village policies or negatively affects the safety
or integrity of the community.

Suspension or Removal
The Chix Vendor Village reserves the right to suspend or terminate
a membership or remove a vendor when the vendor violates the Vendor
Agreement, Community Guidelines, these Membership Terms, applicable
laws, or other Village policies.
Serious violations may result in immediate removal.
Depending on the circumstances, violations may include:
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, or intimidation
- Fraudulent or deceptive business practices
- Counterfeit or unauthorized products
- Intellectual property violations
- Misrepresentation of products or business information
- Conduct that creates safety concerns for members or customers
- Abuse of Village features or community spaces
- Repeated customer complaints involving serious business-practice concerns
- Failure to comply with applicable laws
- Conduct materially inconsistent with the standards of The Chix Vendor Village
Membership fees may be forfeited when membership is terminated
because of a policy violation, except where otherwise required by law.

Changes to Membership Benefits
The Village is an evolving platform.
The Chix Vendor Village may add, remove, modify, reorganize,
or improve website features, community activities, promotional
opportunities, or other membership benefits.
Reasonable changes to individual features do not necessarily
constitute cancellation of the overall membership program.
If The Chix Vendor Village permanently discontinues a paid
membership program, affected members will be provided with
information regarding their membership and any remedies required
under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
These Membership Terms may be updated periodically as The Chix
Vendor Village grows, introduces new features, or changes its
membership programs.
The current version will be posted on The Chix Vendor Village
website with its applicable revision date.
Material changes affecting active recurring memberships will
be communicated when required.

Relationship to Other Village Policies
These Membership Terms should be read together with the Vendor
Agreement, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use,
Marketplace Disclaimer, and other policies applicable to
participation in The Chix Vendor Village.
If a specific promotion, event, service, or membership option
includes additional terms, those terms may also apply.

By Joining the Village
By purchasing, renewing, or maintaining a membership or pass with
The Chix Vendor Village, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Membership Terms &
