& Quest Rules

The Chix Vendor Village may offer giveaways, random drawings, quests, challenges, promotional events, prize wheels, or other activities from time to time.

Each promotion may include its own entry period, eligibility requirements, prizes, entry instructions, deadlines, and winner selection procedures.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules together with any additional rules announced or displayed for the applicable promotion.

Eligibility requirements for a particular promotion will be stated in the applicable promotion announcement or official rules.

Participants must be legally eligible to participate and receive the applicable prize. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Village may require reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility before awarding a prize.

Entries must follow the instructions and deadlines provided for the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted for a particular drawing or promotion.

For promotions identified as random drawings, potential winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

A selected entrant may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to receive the prize.

Prize details will be identified in the applicable promotion. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

The Village may substitute a prize with another prize of comparable value if the originally announced prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Village's reasonable control.

Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other obligations associated with accepting a prize to the extent required by law.

The Village is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of internet outages, browser problems, device issues, platform interruptions, or other technical circumstances outside the Village's reasonable control.

If a technical issue materially affects the fairness or operation of a promotion, the Village may reasonably modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the affected promotion when necessary, subject to applicable law.

Some Village promotions may be announced, discussed, drawn, or celebrated during social media posts or LIVE events.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a participant does not need to be watching a LIVE broadcast at the moment a winner is selected in order to remain eligible to win.

Promotions conducted in connection with a third-party social platform are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of one entry in the Grand Opening Quest Grand Prize drawing through Quest completion.

Repeated submissions of the same completed Quest do not create additional entries.

The potential winner may be announced during the Grand Finale LIVE and will also be contacted using the information provided with the Quest submission when reasonably possible.

The potential winner must respond within the claim period communicated with the winner notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the applicable claim period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy the applicable rules, the Village may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The odds of winning the Grand Opening Quest Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Quest entries received by the submission deadline.

Purchases, Village membership, vendor status, bonus discoveries, social media engagement, and the amount of money spent with Village vendors do not improve the odds of winning the Quest Grand Prize.

The Grand Opening Quest drawing is sponsored and administered by The Chix Vendor Village.

Participating Village vendors are not individually responsible for administering the Grand Opening Quest drawing merely because their shops, products, or Village pages appear during the Quest.

The Village may interpret and administer promotion rules in good faith and may take reasonable steps necessary to preserve the integrity and fairness of a promotion.

Nothing in these rules is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
